(letter to the Claretian Candidates)

Wow, the time is fast approaching!
W E L C O M E T O C L A R E T.
Here in Claret, we are so excited waiting for you! All are expected to arrive on April 30. I know that you too are full of heavy feelings, joy for the new companions you will find, happy for the decision of following the Lord, a bit anxious for what will happen, a bit sad too when you look around to the people and things you will possibly miss. Anyway, this is life. It is a time for growth for you, a step forward towards the realization of a dream and vocation. Do you have everything ready? Documents, clothes… you know.

In the attached paper, I am sending you the exact location of the different Claretian Houses in Quezon City. Be informed that you will be housed in CLARET SEMINARY, 48 Cenacle Drive, Sanville Subd. Culiat, Quezon City. Tel. 920-1442 /TelFax. 920-6520. Please proceed there this coming April 30. You can go through Visayas Ave. or Tandang Sora Ave. (See map). All candidates are expected to arrive on April 30, 2003. The Summer Program Orientation will be from May 1, Thursday, at 8:30 AM to May 30. Then the regular school year will start on June 2.

I give thanks to God for you and your parents, we all pray for you. All those involved in vocation work, especially Bro. Gerald,. Bro. Dindo, Bro. Arnel and myself, together with Mrs. Sako in the Vocation Office, and the rest of the Claretians, are eager to see you here. May God, who began this work in you, bring it to completion.
