Recollection and Evaluation

| March 29, 2004 (Monday) The community left the house at 5:30 in the morning and arrived in Galilee Resort in Iba, Zambales at 11:00 AM. Some of us upon arriving immediately splashed on the China Sea waters. Fr. Angel gave us some inspirational articles that helped us in our reflections. In the evening the community celebrated the Holy Eucharist and after dinner we had a sharing with regards our “Following Jesus”. |

| March 30, 2004 (Tuesday) This day was dedicated to the community semestral evaluation. It was also Amador´s 24th Birthday! The community had in the early morning hours of the day an informal “mañanitas” with the birthday celebrator. Special food was prepared for dinner. In the evening the community had personal time. Most of the members took advantage to have some sharing by the beach. |

| March 31, 2004 (Wednesday) After Morning Prayer, the community spent some time writing for peer evaluation and swimming. The Eucharist at 11:00 AM became the culmination activity of our outing. We left Iba at one o’clock in the afternoon. The Delica car’s water pump suddenly broke down. We passed by the town of Castillejos to visit the family of Fr. Rhoel Gallardo, CMF, where we had some snacks. Afterwards we called for a mechanic to fix the Delica car. It took almost four hours to repair the car, so we had to buy bread and soft drinks that together with fried “pusit” (squid) for an improvised dinner. Under the darkness of the night but with lighted spirit we arrived home at 12:00 midnight. |
